Reflexology
Reflexology is a natural healing therapy based on the principle that specific points on the feet, hands, and face are connected to different organs and systems of the body. By applying precise pressure on these reflex points, reflexology helps improve circulation, relieve pain, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural healing process.

Mechanism behind Reflexology
The body can heal itself’ is the basis of Reflexology. It is believed that there is a “vital energy” that is circulating between organs through five meridians that penetrates into every living cell. Whenever this energy is blocked, the zone of blockage will be affected and the reflex zones can reflect the blockage of energy in different organs. These five meridians cannot be explained biologically. The “vital energy” can only be experienced and so as the five meridians. Therefore, the “vital energy” theory alone is insufficient to understand the mechanism behind reflexology.
